View to Mt. Scott (on the left) with the Cascade volcanoes not visible on this day (bobcat)

Description

This is a grassy opening where trees have been cleared to afford views to three Cascade volcanoes as well as a few Boring volcanoes closer at hand: Mt. Scott, Mt. Talbert, and Scouters Mountain among them. Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens, and Mount Adams are visible when the clouds are high and the atmosphere is clear.
