Description
At high flow Upper Falls might be the most dramatic of the falls on the North Fork of the Lewis. At such times water forms a continuous curtain over the full width of the rock shelf, rather than flowing predominately through the northern channel, and the channel is surging whitewater as seen from the Upper Falls viewpoint.
