Abiqua Falls

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Abiqua Falls (Cheryl Hill)
Abiqua Falls with less water (Steve Hart)
Whimsy (Steve Hart)

Description

Abiqua Falls is a little-known but very impressive waterfall. Although it takes a bit of effort to get here, it is well worth it. The waterfall rests in an amphitheater of columnar basalt, colored with red lichens and green mosses.
