Aldrich Butte-Cedar Falls Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Erroneous sign at the junction (Jeff Statt)
The Cedar Falls trail just beyond the junction (Jeff Statt)
The Aldrich Butte trail just prior to the junction (Jeff Statt)

Description

This is the junction where the Cedar Falls Trail turns off the Aldrich Butte Trail. It's located about 1/3 mile up the Aldrich Butte trail from Carpenters Lake, and branches north into an alder grove just after some rock bluffs. The sign is now missing, but the trail has seen more frequent use in the past few years, and is now quite obvious.
