Big Tree-Cliff Nature Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Below the junction at Vista Point, overlooking the Illinois River Valley (bobcat)

Description

When descending the Big Tree Trail, it is best to head left on the Cliff Nature Trail to get a commanding view across the Siskiyous to the Illinois River Valley and appreciate the interpretive signs along the nature trail which detail the area's natural history. This diversion only adds about half a mile to the hike.
