Description
Butte Creek Falls is the tallest waterfall in the Butte Creek Drainage. One hundred yards upstream is Upper Butte Creek Falls. The falls is most commonly viewed from a high rocky point at the end of the improved trail. There is a loose use path continuing off the edge of the rock toward the base of the waterfall. However, the use path should only be attempted by experienced, well equipped bushwackers, but the trail to the viewpoint is a short stroll for anyone.
