Buzzards Roost

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Buzzards Roost is a rock outcrop next to the trail. (Jerry Adams)

Description

Buzzard's Roost is a rock outcrop next to the Illinois River Trail. There are good views down to the river, which is a long way down - about 1/4 mile and 1000 feet of elevation. It's a high point on the trail before heading down to Indigo Creek and/or Indian Flat.
