Driving Directions
From Portland, drive west on Highway 26 to the junction with Highway 6, and make a left for Banks and Tillamook.
Drive 51.8 miles to the junction with Highway 101 in Tillamook.
Keep straight here for Netarts, Oceanside and Cape Lookout State Park.
After 0.4 miles, make a left on Birch Avenue for the Three Capes Scenic Drive.
In 0.1 miles, turn right on 3rd Street.
Drive 1.4 miles and make a right onto Bayocean Road.
Proceed 5.3 miles along the south shore of Tillamook Bay, and turn left for the Cape Meares Loop (Bayshore Drive).
Continue up for 2.0 miles, and then make a right onto Lighthouse Road at a sign for Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint and National Wildlife Refuge.
Drive 0.5 miles to the large parking area above the lighthouse.
