Driving Directions

From I-5, take Exit 228 and follow Highway 34 east to Lebanon.

Turn onto Highway 20 east. Beyond Sweet Home, Highway 20 starts climbing up to Tombstone Pass and becomes very curvy, so drive carefully.

Near milepost 71 look for the Lava Lake Sno Park on your left and turn left. The Sno Park has vault toilets but the trailhead does not, so you might want to make a quick stop here.

Then follow Road 2067 one mile beyond the Sno Park to a junction with a gravel road marked by a hiker sign.

Turn left here onto Road 508 and continue 0.7 mile until the road ends at the large trailhead parking area.
