Eunice Lake (Mount Rainier)

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Lupine and Eunice Lake (bobcat)

Description

Eunice Lake sleeps below steep cliffs and scree slopes with the Tolmie Peak Lookout perched high above its western shore. Glaciated rock grades down to Eunice Lake's southern shore, which also borders on some fine flower meadows. There are no clear views of Mount Rainier from the lake itself, but the trail up to the lookout as well as the lookout itself offer some splendid sweeping vistas.
