Driving Directions

From Portland:

Drive I-84 east to Exit 44 for Cascade Locks and Stevenson.

After 0.4 miles, bear right for the Bridge of the Gods and Stevenson.

Drive over the bridge for 0.7 miles, and then turn left on Highway 14W for Vancouver and North Bonneville.

Drive 3.2 miles and make a left onto Dam Access Road.

After 0.1 miles, go right for the Fort Cascades Historic Site.

Another 0.1 miles takes you to a left turn into the parking area.

From Vancouver:

Take Highway 14 35 miles east. Past the town of North Bonneville, you'll see Bonneville Dam on your right. Just before the dam on the right side of the highway is the Dam Access Road.

Turn right on to the Dam Access Road, and after 0.1 miles, go right for the Fort Cascades Historic Site.

Another 0.1 miles takes you to a left turn into the parking area.
