Gifford Lake

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Gifford Lake and Olallie Butte (bobcat)

Description

Gifford Lake can be reached by an unmarked user trail that leads south from the Lodgepole Trail #706. There is a campsite at the lake. There are actually two lakes here joined by a log-choked channel. A small peninsula juts into the larger lake. There's a view to Olallie Butte to the east and Twin Peaks to the immediate south.
