Description

High Bridge is one of only two places where the Eagle Creek Trail crosses Eagle Creek. High Bridge is the first and more dramatic of the two, looming some 120 feet above the narrow moss lined gorge below. This section of Eagle Creek is the narrowest and fastest running section of the creek.

This is a popular hike destination along the Eagle Creek Trail. There is a small area on either side of the bridge where one could stop to rest, have a drink and refuel before continuing on or turning around.
