Hurricane Creek-Falls Creek Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Falls Creek Falls with Twin Peaks behind (bobcat)

Description

This junction is only about one-tenth of a mile south of the Hurricane Creek Trailhead. Turn right to head up the Falls Creek Trail. In about a quarter of a mile, a spur leads to a viewpoint of Falls Creek Falls although better views can be had if you scramble to the middle of the rubbly creek bed.

The little-used Falls Creek Trail continues steeply up to an old mine and Legore Lake.
