Description
The Willamette National Forest's Whetstone Mountain Trail (formerly Gold Creek Trail) #3369 begins on an old mine road and enters the Opal Creek Wilderness as it heads up to Whetstone Mountain's high ridge. There's a Wilderness Permit box at the junction.
