Fees and Regulations

  • $5 state park day-use fee
  • Dogs on leash

Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 west for 68.7 miles from Beaverton (where Highway 217 merges with 26 westbound).

At the western terminus of Highway 26, keep left for Highway 101 South, Cannon Beach, and Tillamook.

After 0.4 miles, merge with Highway 101 South.

Drive 18.7 miles south on 101 and, past the main turnoff for Manzanita, turn right onto Necarney City Road for Nehalem Bay State Park, the Cemetery, and the Recycling Center.

Drive 0.2 miles and go right at the junction.

Drive another 1.1 miles, winding around to a Stop sign facing the state park entrance.

Go straight here and keep straight at all junctions for 1.5 miles until you reach a pay station.

If you don’t have an annual pass, pay the $5 day-use fee here and continue to the day-use parking area.
