Hikes starting here

Driving Directions

Driving I-405 north, take Exit 2B for Everett Street and Glisan Street.

After leaving the freeway, go 0.3 miles, keeping straight on NW 14th Avenue.

Turn left on Glisan Street and drive 0.7 miles, crossing NW 23rd Avenue.

Turn right on NW 24th Avenue, and proceed 0.3 miles.

At the flashing red light, turn left on NW Lovejoy Street. Head uphill for 0.2 miles to where the road bends right to become NW Cornell Road.

Drive 1.9 miles on Cornell, making sharp left and right turns and then going through two tunnels and passing the Audubon Society’s headquarters.

Make a right onto NW 53rd Drive and drive up for 0.9 miles before parking in a pullout on the right for the Dogwood and Wild Cherry Trails.

Alternatives to Driving

Tri-met Bus #15 turns around at NW Thurman and Gordon. It's about a mile up Thurman and then Leif Erikson Drive to the Leif Erikson Drive-Wild Cherry Trail Junction.
