Phantom Natural Bridge

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

The Phantom Natural Bridge (bobcat)

Description

This natural arch, composed of andesite, is a 60-foot span that peels away from French Creek Ridge above a steep talus and forested slope. There's a view to Opal Lake. Good photos of the bridge are difficult without treating yourself to at least a little exposure. The bridge is wide enough for those who dare to scramble out to its center with a modicum of security.
