Description
Native Americans created rock pits all over the northwest, but they seem particularly common in the Columbia Gorge area. This location is one of the most well-known sites.
Please respect historical areas like this. Stay on the trail and don't move a stone. This is still a sacred site to native people and in this ever-shrinking world, it should be sacred to all of us.
