Sisters Spring

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Sisters Spring is where Obsidian Creek appears from below a cliff (Jerry Adams)

Description

Sisters Spring is where Obsidian Creek appears from below a cliff, near Obsidian Falls. It's a really interesting sight and worth hiking up to take a look at.

There are a number of streams that combine to form the creek. There is very clear and cool water year round.

There are some overused camping areas near the top of the falls. There are a number of camping areas north along the PCT.

There are also some camping areas above the cliffs above the springs. This is the start of climbing routes up the Middle and North Sisters. There is a route that goes to the right of the cliffs.
