Driving Directions
From Portland, drive east on US Highway 26 for about 103 miles to Madras. Then, drive south on US 97 about 18 miles to the town of Terrebonne.
In Terrebonne, turn left on Smith Rock Way. Make another left on NE 1st Street, following signs to the park. NE 1st becomes Wilcox Ave. Turn Left on Crooked River Drive. The first lot is on a side road to the left. A bit farther along there is streetside parking and there's a lot at the end of the road.
Other Notes
There are many places to park, but the lots all fill up of sunny weekends, so you may want to be early. The fee is payable at a bright yellow fee machine in the central lot.
