Wahclella Falls Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Trail junction for the former loop on the Wahclella Falls Trail (before the Eagle Creek Fire) (bobcat)

Description

This former trail junction is the beginning of the old loop to Wahclella Falls. When the trail was reopened in August 2019, two years after the Eagle Creek Fire, only the lower section of the loop had been restored for hikers. The upper section remains closed because of ongoing slides and rockfall. At this point, it is unknown whether the upper trail section will be restored or not.
