Thomas Lake-Rock Lake-Cascade Crest Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Signage at the four-way junction (bobcat)
Old PCT sign at the trail junction (Steve Hart)

Description

This is a four-way junction. The Thomas Lake Trail makes a sharp turn to the right to follow the route of the old Cascade Crest Trail to Blue Lake. The route heading north is the Cascade Crest Trail's path, no longer maintained, to Acker Lake. Straight ahead, a connector trail passes around the north shore of Rock Lake to join the old route of the Pacific Crest Trail in a meadow.
